Ses Salines was declared a Natural Park in 1995 due to its extraordinary ecosystem characterized by a great wealth of fauna and flora.
The mythical Las Salines beach is one of the reference points for anyone who decides to travel to Ibiza. Its historic salt bridge, where Salines ships have been collecting their merchandise, was here long before any of today's beach clubs or restaurants.
With the island of Formentera in front of you and its crystal-clear waters, this beach is the best place to anchor and enjoy all the activities it offers.
Near Ses Salines you have a series of small coves, Cala Pluma, to give you a bit of privacy away from the crowds.
The Levante winds that blow in Ibiza during most of the summer mean that this bay remains completely calm, making anchoring and staying on board easier. On this beach you can also find a wide variety of restaurants with auxiliary boat service to get off.

Next to Ses Salines there is a cove called Cap des Falcó, which can only be accessed by boat and is amazing. Blue water and beautiful cliffs. If you go by land, you have the other side of the views, you have another perspective, impressive views from the top of the mountain, but you do not have access by sea.
2. CALA JONDAL
- Distance from Ibiza: 35-40 min by boat
- Size: 225m
- Activities: Paddle surf and snorkel
- Services: hammocks and umbrellas, masseuses
- Restaurants: Yemanja, Blue Marlin, Casa Jondal, Tropicana

It can be a real blessing when all the other beaches are full of people. Es Codolar beach wouldn't necessarily be your best choice for a lazy day at the beach due to the pebbles. But, for that reason, it is less frequented by bathers throughout the summer.
With the arrival of the east wind, the beach is perfect because the sea remains completely still, which makes it the ideal place to practice water sports such as paddle surfing.
3. PORROIG
- Distance from Ibiza: 45 min by boat
- Size: 150m
- Activities: Paddle surf and snorkel

Porroig is a beautiful bay, even if you go by land it is worth going because it is not too touristy. There are fishermen's houses and not too many houses.
To go by boat it is perfect, since it is a closed bay, you can be very relaxed because of the flat sea and there are no restaurants. So it is also perfect for paddle surfing or snorkeling.
In the same bay is Es Cucó beach, a very beautiful and small beach.
If you are going by land, the best way to get there is by following the Sant Josep de sa Talaia road, taking the detour to Cala Jondal.
4. ATLANTIS
- Distance from Ibiza: 55 min by boat
- Activities: Snorkel

Currently, due to difficult access, Atlantis is a cove that is not very popular. Although it should be noted that it is not a cove as themself, as the terrain is rocky and lying down is somewhat uncomfortable. The seabed is sandy, which makes the water take on light tones, sometimes turquoise. A perfect place for snorkelling.
To get to Atlantis by land, you must be well prepared. Comfortable shoes and clothing, as the path downhill can take you 30 minutes over rocks. So the option of going by boat to see Atlantis is the most easy and comfortable.
5. CALA COMTE

Platges de Comte or Cala Conta - in Spanish - is one of the most beautiful coves to visit in Ibiza, which is very accessible in every way. Cala Comte has fabulous views of a small island off the coast of Ibiza, beautiful turquoise waters and several areas to explore.
The shallow water is safe and also with crystal clear water, it makes like a swimming pool. In high season the beach is very busy and is usually quite crowded. Otherwise, if you come by boat it is a very good option since there are usually not so many boats.
Cala Comte is also one of the best beaches to watch the sunset, from land and from the boats that anchor further away to watch the relaxing spectacle.
Near Cala Comte there is a small cove, called Cala Escondida, which can be reached from the top of the cliffs by steps carved into the rock.
