2. Use of the website
Minimum age: To use our website or contract our services, you must be over 18 years of age.
Accuracy of information: All information provided by the user must be accurate and up to date. Be Charter Ibiza is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information provided by users.
Prohibitions: It is not allowed:
- Use the site for fraudulent activities.
- Introduce viruses or malicious code.
- Carry out activities that interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
3. Services offered
- Be Charter Ibiza offers the rental of boats in Ibiza, with crew. The specific details of each boat, such as their characteristics and prices, are available on our website. If you have any queries, we are at your disposal on our contact telephone number or email.
- Bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm the availability of the desired boat once we receive your request or you can check availability online and book directly.
- Rates may include additional costs, such as fuel or optional services. These will be detailed during the booking process.
4. Booking and payment
- Booking process:
- To confirm a booking, 50% of the price of the boat is required to be paid.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the start date of the service.
- Payment methods: We accept bank transfers and credit cards.
- Cancellation policy:
- In case of cancellation by the client, only a 50% refund (reservation paid) will be made up to 15 days before the day of the charter, excluding service charges.
- In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the charter day, the paid reservation is forfeited.
- If we consider that weather conditions may affect the safety of navigation, we may postpone the charter to another date, depending on the availability of the boat or refund the full amount of the paid reservation, as decided by the client.

5. Customer Responsibilities
- Users are responsible for complying with local navigation and safety regulations.
- The customer must return the boat in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the customer, who must cover the costs of repair.
6. Limitation of liability
- Be Charter Ibiza is not liable for damages resulting from:
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Improper use of the boat.
- Delays or cancellations beyond our reasonable control.
- Our total liability, in the event of a claim, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the contracted service.
7. Charter departure time information
Departure time is set by the client at the time of booking, changes can be made up to the day before departure.
Charters are 8 hours and to ensure safety, return must be before sunset. The timetable to choose from 10am to 9.30pm, depending on the time of nightfall on the charter date.
If you arrive later than the agreed time on the day of departure, you will lose time from your charter
8. Additional extras
- We offer complementary services such as extra drinks, catering, water toys (seabob, jet ski, e-foil, jetboard, fly board, paddle surf), DJ, live music (saxophonist, violinist, etc.), chef, massages, supermarket shopping and any other extras that may be required on board.
- Additional extras must be requested at least 24 hours in advance of the charter or more, depending on availability.
- A price list is available on request.
- We are happy to accommodate any other special requirements you may have.
