Booking with Be Charter Ibiza is easy. To confirm the reservation, a 50% deposit is required, which can be paid via bank transfer or credit card through our secure Redsys payment gateway.

The remaining 50%, along with fuel costs and any additional extras, must be paid on the day of the charter.

If your group exceeds the boat’s capacity, we can organize a Tandem Charter, meaning two or more boats will sail together. This way, your group can split up during navigation but reunite at anchor to enjoy the experience together.

For example, if your main boat has a capacity for 12 people, we can add an extra boat to travel alongside you, ensuring that no one is left out.

The itinerary will always depend on wind and sea conditions, so your skipper will advise you on the best route for your day at sea.

Fuel costs are determined in two ways:

 1️⃣ If the boat has pre-set routes, fuel costs are calculated based on current fuel prices, so we can offer a fixed rate.
 2️⃣ If you opt for a custom route, fuel costs will be calculated based on the number of hours of navigation and the engine's fuel consumption per hour, using the onboard fuel meter or GPS navigation time.

We recommend departing between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM to make the most of the day, but the schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to your needs.

All our rentals have a duration of 8 hours.

Ibiza enjoys fantastic summer weather, so cancellations due to bad weather are rare. However, if weather conditions prevent navigation, we will try to reschedule your trip.

If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund of the amount paid.

If you need to cancel, we offer a 50% refund (of the deposit paid) up to 15 days before your booking, excluding service fees. If you cancel within less than 15 days, the deposit is non-refundable.

Most of our boats are based in Marina Ibiza or Marina Botafoch, but we also have some available in Marina Santa Eulalia and other ports around the island. We can also arrange pick-up and drop-off in Formentera.
